Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

It was disabled in the test runs as it sleeps for 5 minutes to be able to check
ticket expiration. Let me know if you all think 5 mins is fine and would prefer
enabling the test. I just ran this test locally as I was working on a kerberos
related item and test passes.
