Sentry repo includes a bin/sentry script that runs Sentry binary. It relies on
hadoop being installed somewhere (in fact, it relies on hadoop binary in
$HADOOP_HOME/bin/hadoop
We should have a way to run sentry without hadoop binary using maven instead.
