Summary: Different privileges for Hive, Impala

There are cases where you may have users that should only have access to Hive,
and others that should only have access to Impala. One common pattern would be
an ETL/data loading team that should only have access to Hive and avoid costly
Impala queries, vs an analyst group that will want only Impala for interactive
queries.
It would be nice to have a way to grant/deny access based on the tool used,
whether Hive or Impala.
