Description: Sentry-1365 upgraded SQL script for HMSPaths persistence,
however the script named under uber jira number, e.g 007-SENTRY-872.derby.sql.
We may want to rename it to under the specific jira to be more accurate, e.g
007-SENTRY-1365.derby.sql. (was: Sentry-1365 upgraded SQL script for HMSPaths
persistence)
