are paths stored on Sentry store so we can sync it with HDFS whenever

if we don't save the path information, what should Sentry do if HDFS sync is
enabled later? should it request path info to Hive in order to do the sync?
I think we should do a full resync with HMS when HDFS sync is enabled.
