The goal of this JIRA is to support at least partially the functionality from
SENTRY-1520. I think we need to separately control two sides of the snapshto:
# HMS snapshot from HMS to Sentry
# HDFS snapshot from Sentry to Namenode
The current mechanism with signal is rather clunky. I would investigate whether
we can have a web UI handler for that purpose.
