Clone the current sentry-binding-hive-follower-v2 from
sentry-binding-hive-follower to support Hive2.1.1 as the definition of
MessageFactory and the JSON message have changed.
If you want to have sentry 2.0 to work both Hive1.1 and Hive 2.1.1 there should
separate implementation for sentry-binding-hive-follower for each of them
