The current master branch (2.0.0) does not have upgrade SQL scripts from 1.8.0.
All of them start from 1.7.0 -> 2.0.0 only. This happened because we skip the
1.8.0 release on the current master and we went directly from 1.7 to 2.0, but
we need this 1.8 upgrade because there is a release of that version.
