Description:
First we do not have a stable version we are running tests against. We are
trying to run the tests against is 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT version. So im not sure where
the run against 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT is coming from. Does anyone know which version
of sqoop we should be testing against?
As well its downloading it into a thirdparty directory that is directly under
the project but not in the target. it is being excluded from the git buy the
.gitignore and is not cleaned up between builds. I assume this is to save time
on the downloads between builds. This is causing the hardcoded snapshot build
to be available for older source trees but not newer ones since the SNAPSHOT
version requested is no longer available.

version seems to be 1.4.6-cdh6.x-SNAPSHOT. So im not sure where the run
