Description: As part of the switch to hive-authz V2, we should move the
grant/revoke implementation into the sentry-binding-hive module so that we have
enough test coverage. This involves moving the SentryHiveAccessController (from
hive-authz2) and all the implementation details to make it work. (was: As part
