[~spena] [~kkalyan] The problem is that the old hdfs sync mechanism doesn't
work any more, but we are still plugging it. This means that Sentry 2.0 has a
dependency on Hive 2.3 and we should document this fact - for earlier versions
Sentry 1.8 should be used.
