I've been able to get the tests (partially) working with the Jetty Sqoop
Server. However I've noticed that we can no longer specify "*" to refer to all
Sqoop Connectors, I get an error like:
Caused by: org.apache.sqoop.common.SqoopException: COMMON_0058:Resource doesn't
exist - Can't find resource Resource (Resource name: *, Resource type:
CONNECTOR )
If you specify a connector name then it works fine. I guess this is OK but
policies written with "*" Connectors are not going to work when we upgrade.
