For some reason the Hadoop formatting part is taking time, sometimes it gets
stuck. This new version seemed to fix the issue. Although we're not sure what
caused the issue exactly. However, bumping the hadoop version to 2.7.4 is good
to bring any bug fixes they have. Also, the Solr test failure will be
addressed, so it's ok to commit this.
