Hive added support for ALTER DATABASE events in Hive 3.0 and the next version
of Hive 2.x (which could be 2.4.0). See HIVE-18031 and HIVE-19736.
This patch adds the new JSON messages for the ALTER DATABASE event in order to
allow Sentry capture these new events.
