Please confirm the tasks that need to be completed:
# change Log4jUtils's name to LogbackUtils
# delete log4j.properties in
foundatons/foundation-common/src/main/resources/config/base/ directory, and add
logback.xml in the directory, write content
# code LogbackUtils based on Log4jUtils
