I think can introduce the hop id which could be increased once there is a new
transaction is created inside of an unfinished transaction. In this way we can
tell the relationship between these transactions.
As the hop-id is just like the local transaction id, we could just use the
hop-id as the local transaction id , but we need to find a way to increase the
hop id.
