Currently ServiceComb-Java-Chassis depends on Vert.x-3.5.3. We should upgrade
to 3.6 later.
Subtasks:
* Vert.x 3.6 change it's behavior about connection idle timeout and keep-alive
timeout. Once we upgrade to 3.6, we need to provide config items to specify
keep-alive timeout and update the related docs.
