Currently, we can only control the events of a transaction by annotations and
try to provide solutions for most development frameworks, but it is difficult
for us to cover all the scenes.
I suggest that we can provide some low-level APIs instead of annotations or as
a supplement to annotations, allow developers to control events of a
transaction in some special scenarios.
