Description: Currently, Alpha and Omega have some duplicate configurations,
such as alpha.feature.akka.enabled=true, I think Omega can get this information
through Alpha to simplify configuration. (was: Use this extended attribute to
get more Alpha information after Omega is connected to Alpha.)
