1. archaius-core2 dependends on commons-configuration, can not use
commons-configuraton2, so we can upgrade commons-configuration.
2. archaius-core2 has many API changes, java-chassis Dynamic use old API's,
upgrading archaius-core 2 will make greate change. so we do not upgrade to this
version, and use 0.7.7
