Description:
Current, we have following two registry mechanisms.
# *Local*
# *Service Center*
we should refact to create sperate fold for each registry mechanism. For
example, all *Local* registry related code should be organized into a package
(including model, client, util etc)...All *Service Center* registry related
should be put in its own fold .
Later on, it will be easier to introduce other registry mechanism.
