Description:
# naming ? why this package is called consumer? Those
AppManager/MicroserviceManager/MicroserviceVersion are more like data
model/cache consider moving/organizing/consolidating with cache
# this package also has bunch of *MicroserviceVersion* related * *classess.
we need to think move those versin/versionrule to another dedicated *version*
package
please refer to the attached screenshots, some classses are referenced by
handler-loadbalance module, some are referenced by java-chassis-core module
