At present, Kie only supports complete matching queries, without fuzzy query
capabilities, which restricts the design and capability evolution of subsequent
governance rules. Currently, the format of API parameter
key=servicecomb.ratelimit.api1 is supported. Hope to perform fuzzy query by
supporting built-in functions. For example: support a query method similar to
the parameter key=beginWith(servicwecomb.ratelimit).
