At present, the version of netty-tcnative-boringssl-static is 2.0.29.Final. 
There is no arm64 lib file in the jar file.

It'e recommended that netty-tcnative-boringssl-static is upgraded to 
2.0.31.Final, so that users can run the microservices in the arm64 environment.
