There are multiple endpoints registered for the microservice, and only the
first one is checked for unreasonable connectivity.
Ignore exceptions and no detailed logs. It is difficult to locate the problem.
For example, normal pull instances and find instance logs are normal, and ping
failure results in no available instances.
