Fix For: 5.2.0
Assumed {{servicemix-5.2.x}} will be based on Karaf {{2.4.x}} we have upgraded
Pax Exam to {{4.1.0}} (SM-2359) and required JDK 7 for build (SM-2362).
This branch will be based on on Karaf {{2.3.x}} so we have to revert the
changes done by the both issues.
