IIRC package META-INF.cxf.osgi get removed since CXF 3.0.x, and it's not
necessary to be imported even much more early(just be there for compatibility
reason), so we should be same to remove it from the
servicemix-cxf-code-first-osgi-bundle archetype for all maintained SMX version
now
