Bundle
mvn:org.apache.servicemix.bundles/org.apache.servicemix.bundles.spring-security-config/3.2.8.RELEASE_1
does not contain following files and therefore does not provide namespace
handler:
META-INF/spring.schemas
META-INF/spring.handlers
I will provide a PR
