SpringMVC supports Tiles 2.2.x, therefore the associated Import-Package
statement should include version 2.2 -> version="[2.2,4)" . Currently, it
starts with version 3.
I recognized that issue in bundle org.apache.servicemix.bundles.spring-webmvc
