Hi JB, sorry for the confusing JIRA name. You did jsr370-api-m1 earlier, so
please do jsr370-api-m4.
By the way you can definitely remove
{{jsr311-api-0.8}}.
{{jsr311-api-1.0}} is quite old too, may be let it go a bit later too,
jsr370-api-m1 can probably go immediately, as this JIRA will add m04. Though
may be we can keep for one more iteration
