[~mgfeller] has provided us a great pull request with the migrated
documentation -- https://github.com/apache/servicemix/pull/52
This pr provides following changes:
* Migrated the documentation to Asciidoctor.
* Checked all examples and adjusted where necessary.
* Minor updates to documentation content.
* All Karaf commands are included in the ServiceMix documentation on each build
automatically.
* Links refer to the latest Karaf user and developer guides.
* PDF files are generated using asciidoctorj-pdf.
* Included documentation as a new module 'manual' to ServiceMix.
