The package com.azure.storage.internal.avro.implementation is not part of
azure-storage-common artifact. It's actually directly in a separate artifact:
azure-storage-internal-avro, part of the transitive dependencies of
azure-storage-blob.
So, the correct fix is to have com.azure.storage.internal.avro.implementation
as private package of azure-storage-blob bundle.
