There are lots of API changes in JSF 1.2, and they should be supported in the
shale-test module ... either as a series of classes that support both 1.1 and
1.2 behavior, or as a separate project for the 1.2 specific implementation
(probably extending the 1.1 classes to minimize extra implementation effort).
