Running mvn idea:idea in the shale-apps directory creates a shale-parent
project file for IDEA but for some reason the mailread-jpa project is showing
up as a java module. The shale-parent project is also a java module but this
is to be expected because its just a pom project. Everything else is showing
up as a web module.
