Resolution: Fixed
Cleaned up cruft in shale-core resource files.
Moved NOTICE.txt and LICENSE.txt on all library JARs such that they get
deployed in the META-INF directory.
Deployed org.apache.shale:shale-dist:1.0.3 (along with updated versions of all
the other test artifacts) to the snapshot repository.
Updated javadoc dependency versions (and added a couple more) in the
shale-parent pom.
All of this was included in nightly build 20060819, and in the new test 1.0.3
artifacts.
