Eliminate direct dependencies on Commons BeanUtils such that, if it is not
required due to transitive dependencies, this library will not be required at
runtime for a Shale based application. Among other things, this will eliminate
a series of problems on redeploy (including locked JAR files on Windows) due to
this library.
