The more I think about this, I wonder if it is wrong to force naming 
containers.  Maybe we should create a little Clay that is not a naming 
container.  Make it the root of the HTML templates.  You could then choose if 
you wanted little clay or big clay.

Not sure what we would call it (mud, silt :-)?
