The Clay full HTML or XML templates assume a view root. The UIViewRoot is
created by the view handler. In all other cases, the components are created
for the meta-data definitions. There is not a way through the markup template
to represent the properties of the view root. We need to provide a way to set
the view roots properties from a template.
