Currently, we have a "jsf12" profile (activated by -Djsf=ri12) in the
shale-apps-parent module, for use in testing against the JSF 1.2 RI on a Java
EE 5 app server where JSF 1.2 is already installed. We also need a profile
that includes the JSF 1.2 jars in the app, for use on a servlet 2.5 / JSP 2.1
container that does not provide a JSF 1.2 implementation.
