Create a set of static analysis tools, encapsulated in JUnit TestCase
instances, that can be easily incorporated into the unit test suite for a web
application project (no matter what build environment you are using). The
tools suite should be layered so you can have "pure servlet", "servlet+JSP",
"servlet+JSP+JSF" type combinations if desired.
