Using a clean Apache license for JSON library

There is an issue with the json.org license which contains the text "The
Software shall be used for Good, not Evil."
We have been working with WINK team
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WINK-159), and able to swapped out
json.org with a library clean of the above issue for Shindig(Beta5)
WINK team will submit this json library to Apache in a few days, then we'll
update the poms to point to the location of the jar, get Shindig trunk updated,
and submit the patch here.
