Paul Lindner resolved SHINDIG-1353.

Resolution: Fixed
Modified patch committed, moves all of the modified content to shindig-extras
and uses a mixin pattern to add javascript to existing classes.
Note that opensocial-payment will need to be added to container and gadget
sides to get proper functionality.
