looks good so far.
I've picked up a few things along the way:
* use two-space indents
* Add test classes with TODOs for tests, it would be great if you could add
some tests
* Added default notimplemented implementations.
Could you add more tests by tackling finishing off the stub methods in the test
classes? Bonus points for javascript and endtoend tests.
