We now have a common container work that better represents the effort in the
community and opensocial in general. We no longer need to support the example
container. This effort involves:
1) removing the samplecontainer.html
2) keeping any relevant example gadgets, e.g. socialhelloworld
3) adding to the common container (in the management space) the ability to
change owner and viewer
