A common question with the OAuth2 Consumer is how to write customer handlers
that can add data from the SecurityToken (or the whole SecurityToken itself) as
part of a flow.
I would like to submit a sample ResourceRequestHandler,
ClientAuthenticationHandler and GrantRequestHandler that validate it's
possibility and provide an example of how to do it.
