As discussed in the privacy-matomo slack channel, it is necessary to avoid
using external resources (fonts, css, js) in ASF websites.
The task of this issue is to carefully review the Shiro website for external
embedding of resources and host it at ASF rather than using Google, Cloudflare
or other CDN providers.
