Description: Add a {{DataStore}} implementation which wraps an Image I/O
{{ImageReader}} or {{ImageWriter}} and additionally parse the auxiliary "World
File" and PRJ file. This is an opportunistic development done as a continuation
of SIS-540 (because the mechanism for reading PRJ files is reused). (was: Add
