Description:
SIS 1.3 is the last release compatible with Java 8. SIS 1.4 will require Java
11. This task is for:
* Configuring the Maven project.
* Remove workarounds that were applied for bug fixed after Java 8.
* Replace {{JDK9}} internal methods (placeholder for methods added after Java
9) by new methods added in Java 11.
