I propose we should make SignatureUpdateProcessorFactory.inform(SolrCore) log
an ERROR on 8x, and fail on 9x, if it detects:
* This is a SolrCloud cluster
* overwriteDupes=true
* signatureField does not match the uniqueKey field of the collection
