With the near completion of SOLR-14916 it will be very easy to materialize
multi-dimension time series. We can already apply scaling and differencing to a
matrix but it would be very useful to be able to apply smoothing to a matrix as
well.
This ticket will add the ability to apply the time series smoothing functions
to a matrix of time lines.
